With his help he made the everything so simple and easy( with out his help this would have been so stressful trying to decide which insurance provider to chose) and exactly how much insurance I needed to get for my health needs set up. Last year I had posted a review about James Kruzel, and may I say, it was a raving review! Unfortunately he was not able to be my agent this year and I have truly missed his knowledge of the ins and outs of insurance and Medicare and his abiity to put my mine at ease. This year has been a lot of guessing and praying that I am making the right choices. Believe when I say, I made a few mistakes along the way and missed out on some benifits that would have made a huge difference in my coverage. Now for the good news, James is back!
