Last year I had posted a review about James Kruzel, and may I say, it was a raving review! Unfortunately he was not able to be my agent this year and I have truly missed his knowledge of the ins and outs of insurance and Medicare and his abiity to put my mine at ease. This year has been a lot of guessing and praying that I am making the right choices. Believe when I say, I made a few mistakes along the way and missed out on some benifits that would have made a huge difference in my coverage. Now for the good news, James is back! And I will be taking advantage of his skills in the coming year.
